Shipping Policy
We offer European shipping, with shipping costs indicated on the final checkout page.
Please be patient when receiving your special pieces (between 10–15 business days), as all our jewelry is personalized and handcrafted in Morocco.
All orders are shipped without a "signature required", and may be delivered to a residence considered secure by the shipping company.
Arabika Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur if the package is left at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer your order to be shipped with a required signature, please contact us using the "Contact" form on our website: www.arabikajewelry.com
Returns
We accept timely returns on new and unused products within 7 days of the date you received your order.
Returns are only accepted for exchanges of products of the same model and value — we do not offer cash refunds.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes and branded packing materials.
Rings with custom sizing are not eligible for exchange or return.
We do not accept returns of any item that:

Has been damaged,

Is missing its original packaging materials, or

Has been altered in any way.
In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
Exchanges will only be processed once the original items have been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Products
Products received with a defect or that become damaged due to a manufacturing fault within 20 days of purchase are considered damaged products. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be considered damaged. Arabika Jewelry will assess each case individually to determine the cause of the damage.
Damaged products will be repaired or replaced whenever possible, and this is subject to availability. If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, you may select another item from our current collection of equal value. If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
